What is EazyWallz?
EazyWallz is a line of large scale, self-adhesive photo wall murals that was created in order to offer the perfect alternative to wallpaper. Eazywallz.com allows you to choose from thousands of images, designs and patterns in our library or to create your own wall mural by using your very own picture. Within minutes, you can transform the look of a living or office space: choose your wall, take the measurements and literally, just peel, place and stick.
Do you have brick and mortar stores?
No. Eazywallz.com is solely an online store.
What is Eazywallz' self-adhesive material?
Our self adhesive material is a woven fabric that has the look and feel of a very thin canvas. It does NOT contain any vinyl and does NOT require any additional adhesive such as glue or paste. The backing is made of a low-tack adhesive that allows you to remove it and re-use it multiple times. It has a natural matte finish. How long will my wall mural stay up?
Well, it all depends on the surface you plan to apply it to. A good wall preparation is key! On a flat, smooth and CLEAN indoor wall, our wall murals will certainly last for years.
Can I use my wall mural outdoors?
Eazywallz can be used indoors and outdoors. However, please note that extensive exposure to direct sunlight and bad weather can weaken the adhesive as well as cause the ink to fade overtime. The longevity of your wall mural will also vary depending on the surface you are applying it to. We strongly recommend placing it on a clean flat surface and use a laminating protectant spray to protect the mural from moisture and UV fading. We recommend Krylon's "Preserve-It!" (http://www.krylon.com/products/preserve-it-digital-photo-paper-protectant/) but other similar products may work just as well. Note that Eazywallz Inc. is not responsible for any damage that may occur to your wall mural due to the use of a protectant spray.
I would like to use my mural on a different surface than a wall, can I do that ?
Absolutely! You can use your Eazywallz on all types of doors, ceilings, poles, windows, furniture, home appliances, tiles, mirrors, etc. It can easily be placed on almost any flat surface. It should not cause any damage when removed, but if for some reason it does, please note that Eazywallz Inc. is not responsible.
Can I put my mural on an existing wallpaper ?
Yes, you can, although we do not recommend it. Removing existing wallpaper and prep your wall for a new wall covering is best.
Are your wall murals washable?
Yes. Gently wipe your wall mural with a DRY cloth. NOTE: Excessive scrubbing or harsh materials may damage the printed surface. Do not use water on your Eazywallz murals. We STRONGLY recommend laminating your wall murals with a protectant spray in order to protect the ink from moisture and fading! We recommend Krylon's "Preserve-It!" (http://www.krylon.com/products/preserve-it-digital-photo-paper-protectant/) but other similar products may work just as well. Note that Eazywallz Inc. is not responsible for any damage that may occur to your wall mural due to cleaning or to the use of a protectant spray.
How do I install my wall mural?
Basically, just peel, place and stick! Eazywallz' murals are extremely easy to apply but reading the instructions will save you time and potential errors. Note that all orders will come with a detailed Installation Instructions sheet. Also, check out our How To Install page for further details.
Do you send Installation Instructions?
Along with every order (Regular or Custom), you will receive a detailed Installation Instructions sheet. You can also find the installation instructions on our How To Install page.
My wall is not a flat surface. Can I still use my wall mural on it?
It depends on the texture of your wall. Flat and smooth surfaces are best. If your wall is really rough or bumpy, your mural may not adhere properly. Eazywallz will stick to "orange peel" type of walls, but won't stick to brick walls. Keep in mind that our material has the look and feel of a thin canvas. Therefore, the texture and/or bumps will most likely appear underneath it.
I recently painted/primed my walls, how long should I wait before applying my mural?
Do NOT apply it right away! If you apply your wall mural before the paint/primer is fully dry, it will either have trouble adhering to the wall or the adhesive will dry to the paint. When removed, paint may come off with your mural. A completely dry wall may take longer than you think. As a general rule, we recommend waiting at least 2 weeks. However it is best to follow your paint manufacturer's instructions. They should provide an amount of time for curing the paint before applying a wall covering to its surface.
Can I use my wall mural in a bathroom or other high-moisture area?
Absolutely! Our wall murals are humidity-proof but the walls need to be completely dry before applying. Note: We STRONGLY recommend laminating your wall mural with a protectant spray in order to protect the ink from moisture and fading. Do NOT install in the shower. Direct water flow will cause your mural to peel off over time and the ink to fade. We recommend Krylon's "Preserve-It!" (http://www.krylon.com/products/preserve-it-digital-photo-paper-protectant/) but other similar products may work just as well. Note that Eazywallz Inc. is not responsible for any damage that may occur to your wall mural due to the use of a protectant spray.
Are your wall murals easy to remove? If so, how?
Removal is extremely easy! Peel up the edge of the panels installed with your fingernail and slowly peel the wall mural off the wall. That's it!
Will your murals leave a sticky residue when removed?
No. Our wall murals will not leave a sticky residue on your wall when removed.
Will your material take off the paint or damage my walls when removed?
No, it won't. However, since we cannot guarantee the condition of all wall surfaces, some paint flecking may occur. You may notice paint flecks on the back of your wall mural when removed. Eazywallz Inc is not responsible for any damage or paint touch-up that may be required after removal.
How do I save my wall mural for later use once I've removed it from my wall?
Keep the adhesive side free of dust, hair, paint flecks and other debris. Then, return your used mural to the original backing for storage. For best results, reuse it immediately. The longer the storage or moving time, the shorter your mural's life. We cannot guarantee the results of re-use, especially if your storage or moving time is extended.
How do I use my own photo or design for a custom wall mural?
The process is quite simple:
1- First, check out our Upload Your Image page
2- Upload your image. Feel free to add any additional comments and specifications regarding your order
3- In our uploader software, enter the dimensions you need and crop your image the way you want
4- If all looks good, just add your mural to cart, continue to checkout and place your order
5- Our graphic design department will then review your image to ensure that the resolution is high enough to suit your wall size reproduction
6- We will then produce and ship your custom peel and stick wall mural. Eazy!
What file format do you accept?
We accept JPEG, TIFF, PSD, PSB, RAW, BMP, PNG, AI, EPS and PDF images at this time. Your file must be less than 100 Mb.
Can I customize one of the images or designs I find on your website?
Of course! Just browse our website. Once you find an image you like, just hit the "enter your own dimensions" button and crop the image the way you want. Then, add your cropped mural to cart and continue to checkout. If your mural requires additional tweaks, just send us an email to: email@example.com. Don't forget, all our graphic design services are free of charge!
Do you add an extra cost for custom wall murals?
No. We do NOT charge any extra fee for custom made wall murals.
I really like one of your images, but I need a different size. What do I do?
You can request a custom size wall mural of any image you choose on our website. Once you find an image you like, just hit the "enter your own dimensions" button and crop the image the way you want. Then, add your cropped mural to cart and continue to checkout. Our graphic design department will then review your image to ensure that the resolution is high enough to suit your wall size reproduction. If we believe it requires your approval, we may send you an email with a link to a proof of the image prior to printing.
I am not sure if my image is of a high enough resolution or quality for a wall mural?
No problem. Feel free to email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We can help you decide if your image will turn out the way you want, and if the quality is to your satisfaction. We will send you a Digital Quality proof of your image by email for approval, enlarged to the dimensions you need.
I have the negative of a photo. Are you able to scan it?
Unfortunately not. We do not provide any scanning services (negative of a picture, developed picture or painting) of any sort at this time.
Is there a minimum size for custom orders?
Yes. The minimum size required for a custom order is 12 sq/ft. Ie: 4ft x 3ft, 6ft x 2ft, etc.
Is there a maximum size for custom orders?
It all depends on the type of image provided and its quality/resolution. We will definitely try to develop a wall mural that meets your needs and satisfaction. But pixelated pictures will certainly have a size limitation due to their resolution. A vector graphic will NOT have any size limitation because of their use of geometrical primitives, which are all based on mathematical equations and not pixels. If you are unsure of how your picture will turn out, feel free to email us at email@example.com. We will send you a Digital Quality proof of your image by email for approval, enlarged to the dimensions you need.
Can I check the status of my order?
Of course!If you set up an Account prior to placing your order, you can check the status online. Sign in to check the status of your order.
How long will it take between the time I order my Eazywallz and the time I receive it?
Generally, It takes from 1 to 5 business days to process and print your order and another 1 to 10 business days to ship via FEDEX Ground (depending on your location). If you did not receive your Eazywallz after 14 days, feel free to contact us. If you chose our EXPEDITED shipping service, lead time is reduced to less than a week. Do you ship to the US?
Absolutely! We ship to the Contiguous United States via Fedex Ground. Please note that customs fees, import taxes, brokerage fees or duty fees are the responsibility of the customer only. Do you ship overseas?

I would like to use my own/my company Fedex account. Is it possible?
Yes. If you'd rather use your own Fedex account, please let us know prior to placing your order.
Do you offer refunds?
Because all orders are printed on-demand, Eazywallz does NOT offer refunds on any product. If you are unhappy with your mural, please send us an email and we'll make it right!
Do you take returns?
We will accept returns and offer an exchange for incorrect, damaged and defective items only, within 14 days of the date of receipt. Items must be returned in perfect condition, in the original shipping package. We will pay the return shipping costs.
I received my mural but I'm not sure about my image choice. Can I return it and choose a different image?
Unfortunately not. We only accept returns on incorrect, damaged or defective items.
My wall mural arrived damaged! What do I do?
If you wall mural was damaged during transit, we will ask for a picture showing the damage and we will contact you ASAP ro resolve the issue.
