Refund policy
Because all Eazywallz murals and wallpapers are printed on demand, we do not offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases or custom orders. However, your satisfaction is important to us—if there’s an issue with your order, we’ll work with you to make it right.
Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns and offer exchanges only for incorrect, damaged, or defective items. To be eligible:

You must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

Items must be in perfect, unused condition, in their original packaging.

You’ll need to provide proof of purchase (such as your order confirmation or receipt).
To initiate a return, email us at contact@eazywallz.com. Once your return is approved, we will contact you with instructions for returning the item. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Please note that gift cards, graphic design services (such as our "Eazyswallz Studio" service) and fully customized murals (including customer-uploaded designs) are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your mural upon arrival. If your order is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at contact@eazywallz.com with photos and a description of the issue. We’ll assess the situation and do our best to resolve it quickly.
Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.
